The Organization of American States - OAS - released a report in which they reveal the magnitude of the fraud in the elections of last October 20 in Bolivia. The report denounces the alteration of hundreds of minutes, many of which came from Argentina, in addition to falsified signatures, loss of sensitive material and even a hidden server. CNN had exclusive access to more than 30 of these lists and verified the irregularities. This final OAS report used by the Bolivian prosecutor's office in its investigation of the alleged electoral fraud in the last elections of October, according to this agency.
