Following the heavy disaster that befell the Rimmel family, a mass financing project was established on the Jgive site. In the disaster, the family lost the mother of the family, the late Tzipi Rimmel and with her 3-week-old baby daughter, the late Noam Rachel. Other family members were also injured, including Ephraim, the father of the family, who is in critical condition in the intensive care unit and his 12-year-old eldest son Itai, who is hospitalized in a life-threatening condition, while he is breathing and falling asleep, in the pediatric intensive care unit.

The residents of the Neve Tzuf moshav, together with the "Ish Tzadik" organization, were committed to organizing and leading the fundraiser with Israel for fundraising after the remaining remnants of the Rimmel family, including nine sweet little children, nine-year-old Leah, seven-year-old Amichai and three-year-old Harel. The current financing project was set up so that the Rimmel family, which is expected to undergo a lengthy and complex restoration process, will be able to afford many essential expenses, including home access, a heavy expense in itself.

The funding project on the Jgive site states: "We are appealing to you with a passionate and urgent appeal to participate in the embrace of the Rimmel family, and to help raise funds needed for immediate assistance to the Rimmel family and to provide financial security for living, care and rehabilitation expenses in the long run."
