Some netizens photographed the scene. It can be seen that from the store, the group of people removed multiple boxes of glass bottles suspected of containing flammable liquids, and then carried them onto a fire truck carrying dangerous goods parked outside the store.
According to the data, the Task Force on Combating Illegal Fuel Reinjection was established in January 2015. Its main duties include collecting information and conducting inspections on illegal fuel reinjection activities, and curbing related activities through strategic planning and exchange of information with the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department. By the end of 2017, the contingent had conducted 1,524 inspections and took legal action against 101 suspects, and had seized more than 493,000 liters of diesel.
