During this period, a motorcycle was found along the waterfront towards Kwun Tong Public Pier. While driving, the male driver did not wear a helmet. When he stepped forward for inspection, it was revealed that the motorcycle was suspected of being removed without authorization, and its license plate did not match the driving license.
After investigation, the police alleged that "unauthorized removal of transport", "no driving license while driving", "no third party insurance while driving", "no approved protective helmet when driving a motorcycle" and "exercise of false documents" The local male driver with the surname of Huang (43 years old) was arrested. He is being detained for investigation. The Kwun Tong Police District Criminal Investigation Team has taken over and followed up.
