The accident occurred while the Rimmel couple was traveling with the baby to take their son with me from a relative to Jerusalem. They went out for a meal with their cousins and on the way back, the accident happened, near the intersection of Givat Ze'ev-Camp Ofer, from Jerusalem towards Modi'in.
