At 9 pm, in the parking lot of Yuanzhou Village, Changsha Bay, the police fled the car when it intercepted a suspicious black Lexus private car and crashed the parking lot. The private car was stopped by the police when it approached Changfa Street. In the meantime, a passer-by thought that someone was fighting and called the police.
Two men on board were arrested for dangerous driving, criminal damage and refusal to arrest. Police blocked the scene of the investigation, including opening the trunk of the private car involved.
