The weather today (Friday) will be partly cloudy to overcast and cooler. It rained mainly from the center of the country to the northern Negev. Another slight drop in temperature will occur. There is a slight fear of flooding in the eastern and southern rivers. On Saturday it will be partly cloudy with temperatures lower than normal for the season and there may be drizzle.

Next week the winter weather will continue, with Sunday being expected to be partly cloudy accompanied by light local rains in northern and central Israel. In the afternoon the rains will be strengthened by thunderstorms. Temperatures will still be lower than usual for the season.
On Monday, it will continue to rain for episodes from the north of the country to the Negev, and there is concern mainly in the coastal plain and the lowlands. Temperatures will continue to be lower than usual for the season and snow may be in Hermon.
