Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov announced today that the agenda of the fourteenth round of Astana's talks on the crisis in Syria will discuss what is happening on the ground and the parties' fulfillment of their obligations.

Bogdanov said in an interview with Sputnik: “The agenda of the Astana meeting on Syria includes an overview of what is happening on the ground because there are traditional participants represented by the Syrian government delegation and the opposition delegation discussing what is happening on the ground and how the obligations are fulfilled, including according to the Russian-Turkish memo and of course all Other issues. ”

The Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs had confirmed earlier today that all parties in the Astana process on Syria will participate in the fourteenth round of talks scheduled for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow in the Kazakh capital, Nur Sultan.

On the eve of the start of the talks, representatives of the guarantor countries plan to hold bilateral and trilateral consultations at the expert level, and a plenary session with the participation of all parties is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday.
