As seen at the scene, several ten-meter-high trees on the roadside were broken and lying on the flower trough. A stone-made street sign with "Zhenhua Garden" was also hit and broke. The male resident living across the road from the incident said that he heard a loud noise during the incident and immediately went to check. The male resident went home to check CCTV, found that the moment the incident was filmed, and handed the relevant footage to the police. The male resident stated that before the incident, the van involved was driving on the road, and the deceased in white shirt was slowly walking on the sidewalk beside the road. When walking to a large tree outside Zhenhua Garden, the woman turned back and walked in the same direction as the van. The male resident claimed that when the van involved reached a corner outside the Zhenhua Garden, he suddenly fired himself, smashed 3 to 4 roadside trees, shoveled the pedestrian road, and the woman who reached the intersection of Nankeng Village He was then hit by a van and lay down near a flower trough a few meters away. After knocking down several trees, it continued to get out of control. It stopped at a crossroads and the entire car rolled over. The knocked-out tree pressed onto several private cars parked on the side of the road. The private car of the male resident was also affected, and the rear glass of the car burst.
