The police officer in the driver's seat got off the vehicle and was arrested. The maintenance staff was charged with criminal damage. The case was brought to the West Kowloon Magistracy today (10). The defendant does not need to reply for the time being. He deferred the inquiry until the next 21 months, pending the defense to obtain a submission and give legal advice. The defendant was granted bail of 500 yuan. It is understood that he claims to have committed the crime because of a bad mood.
The defendant, Luo Weizheng (20 years old, aircraft maintenance staff), was charged with damaging the door of a police driver's seat outside the Ms. Tai Lin Toe methadone clinic on Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan on August 5.
It is reported that the time of the incident was about 10 pm. When the police car involved in the case passed the above location, the defendant hit the door with an environmental protection bag. The car door was left with a dent of about 2 cm. The defendant's environmental protection bag contained items such as belts, fork appliances, and keys.
