Ambassador investigated in Argentina for alleged attempted robbery

Mexico's Foreign Ministry announced Monday that its Ethics and Conflict Prevention Committee of Interest investigates the case of that country's ambassador to Argentina, Oscar Ricardo Valero Recio Becerra, who on October 26 would have tried to steal a book from a Buenos Aires bookstore Aires. The investigation comes after a video appeared on social networks allegedly showing Valero Recio Becerra trying to steal a book. CNN could not confirm the veracity of the video.
