The late Anton Roman
The Central District Court on Tuesday convicted Amos Lavi (known as "Little Amos") and David Plus for conspiring to commit a crime and providing means for wounding - the murder of the late police agent Anton Roman.
According to the amended indictment, in which the defendants admitted as part of a plea bargain between the defendants and the late prior acquaintance. At the late relevant time, he served as a police agent, and according to the events described in the indictment, the defendants conspired with others to lead the deceased in a false pretense to a secluded spot in the orchard, near the Kiryat Moshe neighborhood of Rehovot, to cause his death.

Later, about two hours later, the defendants and the other set out on a field preparation tour at the meeting point, where they discussed the various options to bring about rest. Later, as part of the relationship, Lavi and Plus gave others, whose identity is unknown, a vehicle to be used to execute the contact plan.
It will also be mentioned that on June 15, 17:54 or thereafter, Roman Agronov and others (their identity unknown) caused the deceased's death.
According to the plea bargain, Lavi would face a sentence of 9 years in prison, a suspended sentence. Leveling will be punishable by a 6-year prison sentence and a suspended sentence. In addition, the defendants will pay NIS 70,000 in compensation to the deceased family.
The Justice Ministry said: "The considerations for reaching the plea bargain are only evidential and correct for these defendants. The case against defendant No. 2, Roman Agronov, for the late murder continues to be conducted."
