Commissioned by President Bashar Al-Assad, President of the People's Assembly Hamouda Sabbagh today extended condolences to the family of People's Assembly member Georgina Youssef Rizk in the city of Al-Nabek in Damascus countryside, which passed away on the evening of yesterday, following a traffic accident.
Sabbagh conveyed my sincere condolences and sympathy to President al-Assad for the family of the deceased, who was known for its national affiliation and tireless activity under the dome of the Majlis and for carrying out all the tasks entrusted to it to serve the people of its homeland and society.
The people of the deceased and her family expressed their thanks and appreciation for the generous gesture of President Al-Assad and all those who offered condolences for their late deceased, which had a great impact in their sympathy with their painful affliction.
The condolences were shared by member of the Central Command of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, Mohsen Bilal, Minister of State for People's Assembly Affairs Abdullah Abdullah, Secretary of the Damascus Country Branch of the Baath Party, and a crowd of the people of Nabek and Qalamoun.
And the late Georgina Youssef Rizk, a member of the People's Assembly for the Governorate of Damascus Countryside for the legislative role 2016-2020, and Secretary of the Council Division of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, born in Damascus Countryside 1977.
