Democratic Party leaders in Congress unveiled Tuesday's indictments in the impeachment process of U.S. President Donald Trump following the Ukraine-Gate affair. Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, and six House Committee members announced today that Trump will be accused of abusing his powers and a clause of disruption.

WITCH HUNT!

At the heart of the affair is testimony that President Trump spoke to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zalanski and put pressure on him to launch an investigation against his rival's son, Joe Biden. Following testimony, Trump is suspected of trying to coax Ukraine into meddling in the U.S. presidential election.

This is the fourth time in the history of the United States that indictments are being filed in the impeachment proceedings of an incumbent president. The House Judiciary Committee is expected to vote Thursday to approve the sections. Democrats have a majority in the House of Representatives so the commission is expected to approve the indictment clauses. This approval is analogous to the prosecution process by the prosecution.

Under the US Constitution, an incumbent president cannot be prosecuted and the only way to oust him is through an impeachment procedure under which the House of Representatives investigates and files the indictment. The next step is conducting a trial in the Senate, where Republicans have a majority, so it is estimated that Trump will not be rejected. The judge in the Senate impeachment process will be U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Roberts, with the senators serving as the jury.

Even before the indictment was introduced, President Trump attacked the Democratic leadership, claiming it was "political madness." The impeachment process will take place less than a year before the presidential election. Although the filing is considered a historic event that has tarnished Trump's name, some argue that this procedure will only strengthen his standing.
