The main citizen service center in Lattakia Governorate launched three new services related to the Urban Planning Department of the City Council, to be added to the set of services it provides to simplify and facilitate citizen transactions.
The head of the engineering center, Ahlam Al-Rahayah, said in a statement to the SANA reporter that the new services include organizational explanations, a general site plan and an indication scheme that fall within the studies carried out by the re-engineering and simplification of procedures, especially that these transactions took a long time to complete or pass through more than one office distributed on several floors To obtain the necessary signatures, it is noted that the transaction is currently registered with the employee at the center to be ready during the same day or the next day at the latest.
Al-Raheyah, who is also the director of the Re-Engineering and Simplification of Procedures Team in the governorate, indicated that the center has a plan to add all available services after it was completed in the city council, and as of next year, compulsory insurance services for cars and clearance from the traffic police will be available.
For his part, the assistant of the head of the center, Eng. Ahmed Hammoud, explained that the new services allowed delegation to the middle departments and to replace the movement of references between offices and review the employees on more than one floor by an electronic movement, which limited the references relationship to one employee within the citizen service center.
In turn, the worker at the center, Mona Saadia, indicated that the treatment of organizational explanations relates to the statement of the real estate status, whether it is within the organization or outside it, and it needs clearance, and if the property is in areas of violations, it requires obtaining a real estate plan while the public site document and the indication needs the real estate number and the real estate area to which it belongs The purpose of the request or the party requesting the document.
During the past month, the Citizen Service Center provided more than 4 thousand services to citizens, including data on marriage, divorce, registration, death, birth, family, real estate registration, area, sketch plan, real estate release, administrative authorization, non-employee documents, and summary record.
