New details released regarding transfer of former businessman convicted of stock-sharing to Nitzan Prison • Complaint filed by another inmate • Dankner denies charges

Magistrate's Court in Rishon LeZion tonight (Tuesday) within the limits of the prohibition order regarding the circumstances that led to the transfer of former businessman Nochi Dankner from his actions to Nitzan Prison. Following the court's decision, it was allowed for publication that an inmate had filed a complaint against Dankner, and is currently under investigation at the Central County Police Fraud Unit.
Remember, Dankner, in recent days, was transferred from his actions to Nitzan Prison. The transfer decision was made by the Prison Service. According to a report in News 12, the President's House has been asked to pause the hearings on Dankner's pardon petition that is currently being debated.
On October 2, 2018, he began serving his sentence in Division 10 of the Ma'asiyahu Prison, which was set up specifically for the inmates of the Holyland affair, including former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert. In February 2018, Dankner filed a pardon request for the state president and justice minister and that was due to be discussed soon.
