Sydney covered by toxic smoke after forest fires

Smoke from forest fires in Australia enveloped the city of Sydney. The authorities recommend that citizens avoid unnecessary exposure. There are more than 100 fires in the states of Victoria and New South Wales, extending for more than 60 kilometers in a National Park north of Sydney. The conditions are expected to worsen and temperatures reach 40 degrees Celsius.
