The disaster in Nahal Tzfit: The trial of the heads of Bnei Zion will open tomorrow

The trial in Be'er Sheva District Court will open tomorrow (Wednesday) the trial of Yuval Kahn, head of the Bnei Zion institute, and Aviv Berdichev, former director of the educational program, who served as an instructor in the preparatory work, after being indicted for their involvement in the Tzafit Nahal disaster in April 2018. The families of the ten teenagers who perished in the disaster are expected to arrive.

The indictment attributes to Kahan and Berdichev offenses of the dead easily and causing serious injury, due to the responsibility for the death of the preparatory students and the candidates to study it, and the injuries of two of them.
