Photo: Police spokeswoman, Editor: Yossi AlterLod District Court today convicted Tuesday on Tuesday of Amos Lavie ("Little Amos") and David Pilus for conspiring and providing means for the murder of police agent Anton Roman in 2017. As part of the plea bargain with the two, Lavi will be sentenced to nine years in prison, and a level of six years. In addition, they will compensate Roman's family for NIS 70,000. Roman Agronov's trial, which is accused of committing the murder itself, continues.
According to the amended indictment, in which the two admitted, they planned to lead Agent Roman fraudulently to a secluded spot in the orchard, near the Kiryat Moshe neighborhood of Rehovot, to kill him. On June 14, 2017, Lavi instructed to make an appointment with Roman, on the grounds that they should do work together. The meeting was set up, and Philos and Lavi, along with several other people, conducted a field tour of the orchard, where they discussed the various possibilities of harming the novel. Later, Lavi provided and leveled a vehicle to be used to execute the plan. The next day, in the evening, Roman was murdered.
