Turkish journalist Jan Atakli stressed that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's support for terrorist groups in Syria is a blatant and direct intervention in the Syrian internal affairs, indicating that Erdogan's provocative policies cost Turkey a lot politically, economically and security.
Atakli said in the program that he prepares and presents on the Turkish channel "Tele 1" that Turkey has no friend in the world due to Erdogan's policies and that there is no logical explanation for his contradictions, indicating that the solution to the crisis in Syria will only be achieved through dialogue and direct cooperation with the Syrian state and its government Legitimacy.
Atakli warned Erdogan's intentions to “drag Turkey into new adventures in the region.” He said: “It seems that Syria has not sufficed him, and he is now planning an adventure in Libya, which was friendly to Turkey, as is Syria, before Erdogan interferes and destroys everything.” This is what drove him to interfere directly in Syria, and he is now planning to interfere in Libya without any justification.
The Libyan army announced last month that it had destroyed air defense installations belonging to the Turkish regime in the city of Misrata, east of the Libyan capital Tripoli, while Libyan army spokesman Colonel Ahmed Al-Mismari confirmed on more than one occasion that the Turkish regime continued to support terrorism in Libya, calling on it not to interfere in Libyan internal affairs.
