Artist Ye Yunyi entered the High Court yesterday (9th), alleging that she reached an oral agreement with a medical cosmetic company last year as the company's spokesperson, and took a photo album "Red. color". However, she claimed that the company and its chief operating officer violated privacy, took pictures of the incident and gave it to other media. In addition, the company involved asking One Weekly to send albums as gifts to users who registered for the "Annual Fee Subscription Plan" without consent. Ye demanded the surrender and deletion of the photos and videos involved, and terminated the oral agreement and claims.

The plaintiff was Ye Yunyi, the two defendants were Spring Medical Group Co., Ltd., which operates Spring Medical Cosmetology, and its director of operations, Feng Huishi.

The indictment stated that the plaintiff and the sub-defendant representing the first defendant reached an oral agreement in December last year, and the plaintiff served as the spokesperson for the first defendant for three years. The plaintiff therefore shot photography collections in Japan and Hong Kong in May and June of this year, and was directed by photographer Liang Huasheng. The album was named "Red. Color "and was published in September this year.

The statement of entry also stated that there was a consensus between the plaintiff and the first defendant, and the copyright of the photos taken in the album, including unused photos, belonged to the plaintiff. However, the defendant took the photos and videos of the tidbits without the consent of the plaintiff, and gave these photos and videos to a third party, including the media.

In addition, the first defendant also provided or authorized "One Weekly" to use the album as a gift, allowing "One Weekly" users to register for the "Annual Fee Subscription Plan" at the registration station in Mong Kok to obtain the album. The plaintiffs allege that the move was a breach of oral agreement.

The plaintiff requested that the defendant delete the photos and videos of the tidbits. As for the photos in the album, the electronic version maintained by the defendant needs to be deleted, and the printed version needs to be delivered to the plaintiff. In addition, the plaintiff also demanded the termination of the oral agreement, and the defendant was also required to compensate the plaintiff for his losses.
