A day before the fateful general election in Britain, incumbent Prime Minister Boris Johnson warns that "the situation is critical" and that there is a real danger of the formation of a "dependent parliament", that is, a clear absence of a majority for the next government, and even the establishment of a government Jeremy Corbyn, in view of the narrowing of the gap between conservatives and Labor in the last days of the election campaign.

A final election poll released last night by YouGov showed that the gap in the Conservative Party's favor has narrowed significantly, and Johnson's government will only have a vote of just 28, compared to a majority of about 80 that predicted polls earlier this month.

Leaders of the two major parties, Johnson and Corbin, have concentrated their persuasion efforts in recent days on "swinging" electoral districts, where their parties can change voting tendencies thanks to "tactical voting", which means switching voters from one party to another to block the opponent. Or promote an important issue.

Johnson focused his efforts on Labor constituencies, which voted in favor of leaving the European Union, and warned that voting for Labor would cause further delays in the implementation of the "Barcasit," and perhaps even its cancellation - should Corbyn come to power. Corbin, for his part, continued to attack Johnson for the deterioration of public service systems and infrastructure under the conservative rule.

Johnson and Corbyn will hold the London election campaign rallies tonight. Labor has in recent hours worked to reduce the damage caused by recording a call, in which the health minister in Corbyn's shadow government voices harsh criticism of the Labor leader, saying voters do not like and therefore the elections with him cannot be won. Jonathan Ashworth, the health minister in the Labor shadow government, apologized for what he had said in a phone conversation with a conservative acquaintance who had been recorded unknowingly, saying he was joking.

Corbin, for his part, accepted the apology and said his relationship with Ashworth was unaffected. Meanwhile, 15 MPs who left Labor because of Corbyn's and his associates' practices, and because of their failure to address anti-Semitism in the party, issued an open letter urging Labor voters not to choose the party this time because Corbyn poses a "danger" because of his extreme positions, and his ties to the party For UK security.
