Not only do Chinese people like to drink soup, for other nationalities, a bowl of soup is also of great significance in uniting the family. Grace, who went to work in Turkey more than a decade ago, met Buran, a Turk working in the kitchen of a local hotel, and became a couple. They said that soups are very important in Turkish food culture, and they have continuously improved and seasoned Turkish soups to cater to the habits of Hong Kong people. Recently, they have cooperated with the company to launch soup bags with their daughter's appearance and name. They hope that through these soups cooked for daughters, traditional Turkish soup suitable for Hong Kong people will be shared with the public.

Grace, who has worked in the design industry for more than ten years, has worked in magazines, books, and stage design in the past. However, after working for many years, she suddenly wanted to do something "other", so she chose to work in Turkey. "At that time, I suddenly had a heart and wanted to learn new things, such as new culture and food." She met Buran who was very knowledgeable about food in her five-star hotel. Exchange eating experience. Grace also brought other friends to visit Turkey to see how the Turks made food.

"In the beginning, I was accustomed to turkey (Turkey) food. I cooked a lot of food until I melted the bread. I drank a cup of tea and dropped sugar. I ate pork and seafood. But I started to feel like bean curd and eggplant. Rong's whole sauce is delicious and starts to love Turkish food more and more. "Grace pointed out that Turkish food is very different from Chinese food, but there are also many types of soups, such as traditional red lentil soup, tomato soup, Wheat soup, and even cheese frozen soup. Buran also said that because Turkish families only go out to eat during the big holiday celebrations, women usually prepare food at home, so they have often watched their mothers cook soup since childhood, and slowly learned how to make them.

After the couple became a couple, they lived in Turkey. In 2009, they decided to return to Hong Kong in order to hope that their daughter Asya could study in Hong Kong. "I can go back to work, but my husband does n’t know Cantonese well enough to survive? The only thing I can do is to eat in the whole hometown. I can eat it again. You can bring Turkish culture to Hong Kong, "Grace said. Therefore, they chose to open a restaurant and spent a lot of time understanding and accommodating the tastes of Hong Kong people." The simplest is probably the taste of Hong Kong people. Add lemon juice. "Grace laughed.

KOLB.LIFE made the soup with the couple this time, including the traditional chickpea soup and red lentil soup (mercimek çorbası) commonly found in Turkish meals. The soup bag uses Asya's name and photo, hoping to express the love of the fusion of Turkey and Hong Kong, and also hope to bring the taste of the Turkish family to the Hong Kong public to share.
