The hydrocarbons branch in Tartous Governorate seeks to secure oil derivatives for citizens and industrial and agricultural facilities and distribute them fairly according to the governorate allocations and in a manner that achieves stability in them.
Engineer Adnan Deeb, director of the hydrocarbons branch in Tartous, said that there are sufficient quantities of heating oil covering the allocations of the first batch of 100 liters per family, indicating that 200,000 families have been delivered to date by way of the smart card out of 257875 families, and we are expected to finish delivering the first batch to all families before End of the current year.
With regard to industrial and commercial establishments, between Dib, in a statement to the Sana Economic Bulletin, that it is supplied with diesel oil based on the fuel company’s generalization of diesel fuel prices and based on the records prepared by the specialized committees to estimate these quantities and consisting of representatives of the competent authorities according to the nature of the work of those facilities and according to what is available from The material and the electrical rationing mode, indicating that the fuel oil distribution for these installations is carried out according to the cost price.
And on the mechanism of distributing diesel oil for agricultural purposes and installations, Dib pointed out that the distribution of tractors and agricultural mechanisms is done via a smart card, while farmers get the diesel oil for the rest of the agricultural activities through agricultural ties and extension units according to special schedules from the stations in their areas and in sufficient quantities to continue the agricultural production process .
Deeb pointed out that there are priorities in the stability of diesel fuel insurance for furnaces where public and private ovens are supplied with their entire diesel fuel and in accordance with the quantities specified by the Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in proportion to the amount of ration flour allocated to each furnace indicating the continued provision of public hospitals with their full allocations according to official books issued On that, private hospitals are provided according to their specific needs by a specialized committee at the governorate level and at the cost price.
With regard to gasoline, Deeb stressed that the substance is available in most of the fuel stations scattered throughout the governorate in a manner that covers its needs, and there are no bottlenecks on this material, indicating the availability of a stable amount of domestic gas, which is distributed through the smart card every 23 daily.
