A number of BDS activists rioted last night at a conference on coexistence held in Madrid, attended by an Israeli-Palestinian delegation led by Samaria Council President Yossi Dagan and Sheikh Abu Khalil Al Tamimi of Ramallah, coordinator of the Sharia courts.

The rioters were removed from the conference after they interrupted, but then they waited for a delegation from outside the conference, shouting scornful words at them ("Zionists out", "Madrid will be the grave of the Zionists") and waving signs condemning Zionism and the State of Israel until they were removed by the local police. The activists cursed the participants and even threatened to hurt Sheikh Tamimi and other participants.

The delegation also includes Dima Tayya, a Muslim Israeli Arab who has faced the recent Likud primaries, Sarah Zoabi, a Muslim Israeli Arab who works for the State of Israel in the world and Moshe Levan, VP of a factory located in the Barkan Industrial Area, which was severely affected by the boycott and more.

The Israeli-Palestinian delegation traveled to Madrid as part of the EU court's decision about a month ago to mark settlement products. During her stay in Madrid, the delegation met with parliamentarians and prominent figures in the Jewish community.

Yesterday the delegation met with MPs, and later this week there will be a support conference at two universities in the city. The visit to Madrid is a direct continuation of the meeting that took place earlier this week with about 25 MPs and Congress who came to tour Samaria and signed a statement saying the EU High Court decision is anti-Semitic.

Sheikh al-Tamimi, said after the meeting with MPs: "I always say don't look at the radical Islamists, there are enough who want peace with the Israelis but they do not obey. The extremists are the ones who are heard. If there is a good economy later, we will reach a better agreement for all parties, we must build bridges in your support - the future can be changed. "

Member of Parliament Ivan Espinoza added: "Spain gave birth to BDS, what we are experiencing in Europe, and especially Spain, is that there is a great rise of the left, an extreme left that brought hatred towards the State of Israel. We are called extremists, in part because we protect it "Freedom is above all. Unfortunately, we are experiencing a decline in freedom in Europe."
