(CNN Spanish) - That only four presidents have attended the inauguration of Alberto Fernández, it is by far the most important of the acts of the transfer of command in Argentina. Nor what has been promised.

Who really prefers the fine print of a great event of this nature, would have to look at three moments of the investiture in Argentina: Mauricio Macri passing the baton witness and the presidential band to Alberto Fernández in Congress, at the wish of Fernandez himself . May that be a good omen.

The warm greeting that Macri and his successor have exchanged before the icy attitude of Cristina Fernández. The brand new vice president shook Macri's hand, but avoided looking at him. Policy with exclusive, infantiloid and polarizing breath.

With their gestures in the endowment, the two Fernández have sent an unequivocal signal of how the direction of their government could be: an Alberto who favors the approach and a Cristina who guarantees the tension. Is that the environment that the lady prefers?

The change of the Argentine government will be for some, the return of populism in its purest form and for others, the restoration of the power of the people.

There will also be those who hope that the change of government will be an example of alternation in power between right and left, like that which occurs in many other nations without major shock.

And there will be, more lucid, who do not expect miracles or ask for a '' national re-foundation ''; if they do not subject them to too much uncertainty, they would be fine. Because Argentina is a country of indecisions.

I was in March in Buenos Aires and I was asking people how to live at the mercy of an economy overwhelmed by inflation, international creditors, poverty, unemployment and lack of enthusiasm.

No one had an answer as God commands. Neither the economists.

I asked someone to explain to me how whoever was one of the richest countries in the world is today a nation whose people have a hard time - increasingly - believing that the future will be better than the past.

In response, the people questioned - popular artists, writers, intellectuals who went through this program - offered something that went from regret to curse. A gesture of pure annoyance and a question: Do you understand me?
