(CNN) - Seven more women have filed complaints of unwanted contact against the actor Cuba Gooding Jr., judicial documents show.

In October, the Oscar-winning actor pleaded not guilty and denied all accusations regarding charges of forced touching and sexual abuse derived from three alleged incidents, involving three separate accusers, which took place in 2018 and 2019 in New York.

Prosecutors said earlier that at least 15 women have accused Gooding of inappropriate sexual behavior.

The new complaints date from 2003, the most recent being in 2016. They refer to incidents that allegedly took place in Los Angeles, Malibu, New York, Atlanta, San Francisco and at a bar in Park City, Utah, during the Film Festival Sundance, according to a complaint by the Manhattan district attorney, Cyrus Vance, in the state’s supreme court.

The women, who were not identified, accuse Gooding of touching, grabbing, clutching, kissing and licking without consent, as well as threats of professional sabotage.

One of the women accused Gooding of sliding her hands inside her pants and taking her butt without her consent at a Turkish restaurant in Atlanta in 2011, according to the document.

When she confronted him, the document says, the actor allegedly replied: “I know you want to be an actress; I can ruin you. "

Gooding has not been formally charged in relation to any of the new charges.

The actor's lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, said his client denies all accusations of criminal conduct and said that “unfortunately, people come out of nowhere, making false accusations against Cuba, as often happens when the district attorney's office accuses a celebrity in a public forum. ”

"The spurious accusations and no charges offered by the district attorney's office are so old, outdated and devoid of details that prevent the defendant from defending against them," Heller added.

In the judicial complaint, prosecutors said the accusations demonstrate a pattern in the actor of intentionally touching women without their consent. They affirm that Gooding does it “with the purpose of satisfying his own sexual desire” and “degrading and abusing the women he has addressed,” the document said.

Prosecutors are asking the court to allow evidence of alleged non-indicted conduct in the case to establish a pattern of behavior, commonly known as evidence of Molineux.

Incidents without charges include the accusations of the seven new witnesses and another 12 that were filed in recent months. If the court does not allow them all, Vance asked the court to allow prosecutors to decide which ones are included in the trial.

The next judicial hearing of the actor is scheduled for January 22.
