The legal principle that no one should be punished for not being responsible for his / her mental injury - is a moral and correct principle. No human being punishes another person if his injury was not done by his own power.

A man stumbles into the world - but he must be the one capable of managing his actions. Like any moral principle - we must not create a situation that itself becomes a source of crime, and a manipulative haven city, for those who make a claim of insanity with deceit and falsehood. The point of departure must be that a person is responsible for his actions, and the duty of proof of insanity rests with him, and it must be absolute.

For - on the other side are those who have been harmed, and they are also deserving of justice, on the other are forthcoming, potentially injured, on the other side are genuinely mentally injured - whose trust has been harmed by the power of misuse by others. On the other side are shamed communities for having a bad touch inside them and not dealing with it, on the other side stands a severe indictment against a company if peace does not incite sexual abuse by authority and more.

I have no clue as to whether Queen Lepper of Australia did what she attributed to her. It should be clear in a court and not in a square, but in front of the public, whole family postcards face such claims. They are scarred by horrible scars.

This issue seems to be negligent. Do not understand what is going on, if things are true even partially.

Don't they see the number of casualties possible? The risk? The rupture with those who see the State of Israel as a refuge for criminals, the terrible price for truth, justice, honesty, the need for a trial to resolve these cases? The awful similarity between what was called in this week's case in Dinah in Nablus and what might have happened in Australia?

The worst thing is the indecision, the reluctance, the disregard for the terrible pain of the victims, and the missing truth.
