Syrian Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdel Karim reviewed with a joint delegation from the leaderships of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party and the Arab Socialist Baath Party in Lebanon the situation in Syria, Lebanon and the region.
The meeting stressed in a statement yesterday that Syria supports Syria in facing Turkish and American aggressions against its sovereignty and its right to liberate all of its occupied lands by all available means.
On the Lebanese issue, the conferees stressed the necessity of forming a national government in accordance with the approved constitutional mechanisms that meet the aspirations of the Lebanese people and believe in the resistance approach and the strengthening of Lebanese-Syrian relations for the good of the two countries.
