The seventh judicial conference "Towards strategic goals for the development of the justice system" concluded its work this evening with a set of proposals and recommendations that would modernize the litigation system by studying the judicial map in a way that contributes to developing the legislative structure and amending laws in a manner that is compatible with economic and social development.

The proposals included adopting the recommendations of this conference, a guiding course of action for the Supreme Judicial Council, a study of working papers submitted by various modifications to be studied by the committees concerned with amending the judicial authority, seeking to improve the financial position of judges, establishing housing projects, securing their own transportation, canceling the salary cap for them, increasing judicial compensation, and activating insurance For them and their families, organizing specialized courses for judges, establishing a national center for criminal studies, developing the forensic institution and affiliating it with the Ministry of Justice.

Judge Fayrouz Darwish, the second criminal court in Lattakia, presented a working paper on the modernization of justice, in which she spoke about the need to develop the justice facility in line with global technological development by moving towards informatics in judicial dealings and avoiding paper methods, especially when dealing with government agencies that have a relationship with the Ministry of Justice Such as departments of the Ministry of Interior, real estate departments, and civil records, which saves time, effort, and accuracy at work.

A member of the Judicial Authority Law Development Committee, Judge Ammar Bilal, reviewed the basic relationship between the Ministry of Justice as an executive government agency with the judiciary, explaining aspects related to the judiciary and features of amending its laws by listening and discussing the various proposals and recommendations presented by the judges or others via social media in the event Her ability to sing the subject matter.
