This morning, a four-storey building collapsed in the Karam al-Baik neighborhood of the al-Helwania district of Aleppo, without any casualties.
Engineer Abdullah Dandel, director of the services of the judge of Askar, affiliated to the city of Aleppo, told a SANA reporter that the building was evacuated earlier because it violated public safety requirements and its weak structural components, pointing out that the cause of the collapse was due to the damage to the building due to terrorist shells and that it was located in an area of random violations and because of falling Heavy rains affected the foundations and the fragile structural structure.
Immediately after the construction fell, the civil defense, the city council, and the fire brigade went to work to clear the rubble.
