Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi called for taking a firm stance towards countries that support terrorism.
Al-Sisi stressed during his speech in a session entitled "The current challenges to international peace and security" within the activities of the World Youth Forum held in Sharm El Sheikh, the seriousness of the phenomenon of terrorism, which was used over many years as a tool to achieve political goals for the interests of countries that devise new methods and tools that serve this phenomenon.
Al-Sisi stressed the importance of solidarity between countries that face terrorism, noting the danger of using thought and belief to achieve political purposes.
Al-Sisi indicated that European countries practice contradictory actions in their policy towards terrorists from their citizens who have joined terrorist organizations in Syria, Iraq, and other countries of the region, which is harmful to their interests and security.
