The defense alleges that the three were invited by the Chinese Democratic Academy to watch the election in Taiwan from January 9-12. The prosecution did not object to this, and the magistrate approved their visit to Taiwan from January 8 to 13, but they need to submit details in advance. It is understood that one of the defendants was found out of the walkie-talkie, and the prosecution will check whether it requires a license to hold the walkie-talkie.
