Epic Nave's defense attorneys: We discovered a wiretap in the interrogation materials against him
Edit: Joy FellowDefense attorneys for former barrister Efi Naveh, lawyers Boaz Ben Tzur, Carmel Ben Tzur and Guy Roe, on Monday said that a memorandum found in the interrogation materials in the "Sex for Appointments" case allegedly secretly recorded a conversation between Naveh and his lawyer. According to the memorandum, which was signed by Avishai Stauber, who, while Nooh wanted to talk privately with his lawyer, asked him to operate a recording device he carried with him.
As part of the case, the police investigated suspicion that Attorney Naveh acted and activated others, in the capacity and status of the bureau's chairman, to advance Attorney General Ethie Crief's candidacy, in parallel with a relationship he had with her. Evidence against Naveh and Krief to prove transgressions of the purity of virtue, and in addition, additional evidentiary foundations against Judge Krief were also committed for committing offenses involving disruption of court proceedings and destruction of evidence, in the midst of the investigation underway.
It was also revealed that Nave acted in the role and status of a private sector lawyer and an intern, managing relationships with him, in a way that the unit investigates in providing sufficient evidence that he committed crimes of purity in the matter.
