Prominent authorities and figures demand the party's chairman to approve moves that will allow the unification of the religious Zionist parties, and to join the party's list. • The move will allow Smutrich and the Senate to contend with the Jewish House if they so wish. • Peretz wants to maintain the arrangement from the previous elections.

Internal rebellion in the Jewish home: Major activists in the party began on Monday to raise signatures to lead a move that would allow primaries in the party - contrary to the opinion of the party's chairman, Rabbi Rafi Peretz.

The activists say the latest polls show that if the party fails to unite with other parties on the right, it may not pass the blocking percentage and will disappear. "If we are living things - the Jewish home and political religious Zionism cannot allow the lack of democracy and the blocking of ranks," say the well-known delegates in the party.

As part of the initiative, activists began signing members of the Center in the Jewish House on a motion that includes editing primaries for all candidates for the 23rd Knesset, as well as opening the lines "for anyone willing to identify with the party values." The proposal means opening the door to Knesset members and activists of other parties, headed by Ayelet Shaked and Bezalel Smutrich, so that they can run for head of the Jewish House in front of Rabbi Peretz.

It should be noted that Peretz himself earlier ruled out the possibility of party primaries, calling for a Rich Run agreement with the National and New Union parties - as it was in the previous election, and this initiative was also supported by party activists.

But Peretz's move seems unlikely, because in the new right, headed by Naftali Bennett, denying any kind of joint run with the Jewish House and the Chairman of the National Union, Bezalel Smutrichfellow to a full union between his party and the Jewish House - a move that Peretz rejects On the edge.

Smutrich, like MK Moti Yogev of the Jewish House, believes that there is no ideological justification for holding both parties. Smutrich of the National Union suggested, among other things, Peretz to run the center of the Jewish House for the head of the joint party, but even that step was rejected by the Minister of Education.

Senior officials in both parties have warned that if Rabbi Peretz fails, "representation on the national level of religious Zionism will disappear from the political map."
