The outline lists the schedules and ways of implementing the agreement.
The document presents the American vision for resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and has not been published on it. According to the sections, the peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians will be a "tripartite agreement" to be signed between Israel, the Palestinian Authority and Hamas, under which the "new Palestine" state will be established in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, without the settlement blocs - which will remain in Israel. Also, Jerusalem will not be divided under the agreement.
