The Muslim Scholars Association in Lebanon renewed its rejection of the American interventions, dictates and pressures on Lebanon.
A statement issued by the gathering today said, "The US Assistant Secretary of State for Middle East Affairs David Hill seeks to impose conditions on the next government in the interest of the Zionist entity and that his visit to Lebanon this weekend comes in this context."
The gathering indicated that the violence, abuse of national symbols, aggression against the security forces, and tampering with private property in the last two days in the Lebanese movement arenas are not spontaneous.
