The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority announced today that the Authority adopted the recommendations of M + Project Management Contractor Golden Gate Construction Co., Ltd. and contract manager Atkins Consultants Ltd. to immediately terminate the small subcontracting contract with Lee Tak Building Services Limited.
The authority criticized that Li De repeatedly violated the subcontract and was unable to fulfill the terms of the contract.
