In order to support and assist the displaced families as a result of the Turkish aggression, a variety of food aid provided by the Federal Government of Russia was distributed in Hasaka today.
The aid included 400 food baskets distributed to the displaced people from the countryside of Hasaka as a result of the Turkish aggression, and a Russian medical team in several specialties carried out free medical examinations and diagnoses for the people and distributed medicines to them.
The head of the Russian medical team, Dr. Vadim, stated in a statement to a SANA reporter that the team has been working for three weeks in Hasaka governorate to provide emergency and field medical services to the people, indicating that the specialties provided by the medical team are orthopedic, ophthalmic, internal, ENT, infectious diseases in addition to providing surgical services in a hospital The National Qamishli.
In turn, Director of Social Affairs and Labor Issam Al-Hussein pointed out Russia's positive stances in supporting the Syrian people at all levels, including the relief and humanitarian side, after the aggression that the people were exposed to by the Turkish regime and its mercenaries from terrorist organizations.
On Friday, the Russian government provided food aid that included 1,000 food parcels, in addition to free medical aid to displaced families in the city of Hasaka.
