PM Netanyahu Speaks at a Supporting Conference in Haifa as part of the Likud's leadership campaign • Earlier expressed support for putting cameras in polling stations

"I promise you - I will bring Naama Issachar home," Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Tuesday evening in Haifa's Oran Hall in front of his supporters. Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's remarks were made during a conference held as part of the Likud-led campaign against MK Gideon Sa'ar.

During the conference, Prime Minister Netanyahu addressed other achievements in the political field, including boasting about growing relations with moderate Arab countries such as Saudi Arabia, saying that "you have heard of the Saudi blogger, there is an epidemic of bloggers who say only Bibi and the Likud."

Yesterday, a similar conference took place in Or Yehuda, where he argued that if Netanyahu leads the Likud in the upcoming elections in March, the Likud will lose power. In addition, Sa'ar called for the placing of cameras at the polling booths, and today the prime minister is backing him.

"The prime minister's fundamental position is that cameras help protect the purity of the electoral process and ensure the confidence of the electorate in the results of the elections.
