Will all Likud MKs also have to contend in the upcoming primaries? Yesterday (Tuesday) discussions were held in the Likud tribunal on various issues, including the issue of non-existence of the primaries to the list but only to the Likud leaders.

The Tribunal argued that the abolition of primaries for the list required a certain majority that had not been obtained and therefore the decision to abolish the primaries for the list could be invalid. Today the Tribunal will make a decision on the matter.

However, ahead of the Likud-led internal elections, which will be held in nine days, Prime Minister Netanyahu also continued at voter conferences across the country yesterday. In a meeting with activists in Acre, Netanyahu said: "I draw the forces from Tzur Yisrael, draw forces from the people of Israel, draw forces from you. Don't believe the commentators, come to vote in the primaries, this is the first test and it is important to win big as well. I trust you, we will work together To win. "

Then Netanyahu met with activists from the Druze community in Yarqa, and from there proceeded to Haifa for a conference attended by hundreds of activists. "As for Putin, I promise you one thing - I bring Naama Issachar home," Netanyahu told the audience. Yaffe Issachar commented last night: "Mr. Prime Minister, I will turn the world over so that Naama will know that you have declared her release. Naama is sad and ready for her appeal on the fifth and I am sure that when she tells her that you said you will bring her from Russia, she will smile and be hopeful to be in Israel during the holiday Chanukah. " The last stop on Netanyahu's journey was in Kfar Chabad.

In addition, yesterday, two senior Likud leaders Yuli Edelstein and Gilad Arden met for a conversation in a cafe in Jerusalem. The two have so far not stated their support for Netanyahu or Storm, and apparently do not intend to do so either. Edelstein and Arden consider themselves worthy of Gideon Sa'ar, and according to sources who have spoken with them, "they have no interest in becoming number two of those who are on the list."

The power struggle in the Likud continued in the public arena as well. Minister Yoav Galant said in a radio interview "Voice Level": "I have no personal problem with Saar, but when I see the threats that may occur, someone with experience and it is only Netanyahu." Yesterday Netanyahu announced that he supported Gideon Sa'ar's demand for cameras in the polls. A letter he replied to the Likud tribunal stated that "The prime minister's position is that cameras help protect the purity of the electoral process and ensure the confidence of the electorate in the election results, without compromising the secrecy of the vote."

In the meantime, the Mandelblit Court should respond to the High Court to this day if it takes a position on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's ability to form a government even before the elections. This is a theoretical question because the Knesset has been dispersed, but it has weight in terms of a guideline if it is necessary to examine the question after the elections. In each case, they will deal with the question again according to the situation that will arise.

It should be noted that Mandelblit initially thought that the issue should not be addressed, but he apparently decided to reply to the High Court that he would formulate his position on the matter and add a timetable for its publication. Mandelblit had already stated the matter, saying that the term of a prime minister under severe indictment raises difficult and complex questions.
