Tourists plunge 56% year-on-year in November, the biggest monthly drop since SARS

The number of visitors to Hong Kong in November dropped 56% year-on-year, from 200,000 visits to Hong Kong daily, to 88,000, the largest monthly drop since SARS in 2003. The decline in November was further exacerbated by 44% in October, but in December, as the situation eased, the decline temporarily eased to a 50% year-on-year decline.
