The sales of the Al-Hasakeh feed branch are close to two billion Syrian pounds during the current year

Sales of the branch of the General Feed Corporation in Hasaka since the beginning of the year and through the six fodder courses opened by about two billion Syrian pounds, with a total amount exceeding 37 thousand tons of various types of fodder materials of good quality and low prices, which contributed to promoting the growth of livestock.

Branch Manager Eng. Yasser Al-Sayed Ali indicated in a statement to the SANA Economic Bulletin that there are eight selling centers in the cities and regions of Al-Hasakah, Qamishli, Amouda, Darbasiyah, Al-Tawarij, Tal Hamis, Al-Qahtaniya and Al-Malikiyah that provide different feed items to breeders at low prices for market prices through continuous feed courses throughout the year at a rate of a cycle Every two months.

Mr. Ali indicated that the aforementioned sales centers cover the geographical distribution of the numbers of livestock in the governorate, with the exception of the southern region where the sales centers were out of service as a result of their destruction and theft of their contents by terrorist groups during the past years, pointing out that the livestock breeders in them are transferred to the nearest sale center for them .

Mr. Ali pointed out that sales during the current year amounted to one billion and 917 million Syrian pounds, during which the amount of 36 thousand tons of bran, 113 tons of barley, 900 tons of dairy grain and 76 tons of dairy milk were sold, pointing out that the stocks of feed materials include 200 thousand tons of barley, 10 thousand tons of bran and 2000 A ready ton is enough quantities for a period of about two years that will be allocated to breeders and sold during feed courses that will be opened in the future.

Mr. Ali pointed out that the number of dealers is approximately 80 thousand breeders and the number of livestock that benefit periodically from fodder courses is one million and 800 thousand sheep, 75 thousand head of cows, 5,000 head of horses with their classifications, 5,000 buffalo heads and 600 head of camels.

For their part, a number of livestock breeders called for the fodder Foundation to increase the allocations of the feed mill, especially during the winter period in which they depend on feeding the flocks completely on feed materials, in addition to reopening sales centers in the southern and western regions of the governorate to alleviate the breeders from the trouble of transporting the material And transportation costs.
