7,500 families in the southern countryside of Hasaka benefited from the distribution of food and non-food aid distributed by the Syrian Arab Red Crescent branch in Hasaka.

The relief official in the organization’s branch in Hasaka, Ammar Al-Diri, told a SANA reporter that the distribution operations came within the response to the families in the southern Hasaka countryside, where the distributions included 22 villages and residential communities in the countryside of Al-Shaddadi in addition to the center of Al-Shadadi city and its environs.

Al-Diri indicated that the aid distributed included food and health baskets, canned baskets and children's clothing provided by the International Committee of the Red Cross and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
