Zippora David, 65, a caregiver accused of abusing an 11-month-old baby whom Ness Ziona kept, admitted as part of a plea agreement signed with the prosecutor's office and admitted that she was the woman seen in the video documenting the acts. The court will decide whether to approve the arrangement between the parties.

However, the attorney's office and attorneys have not yet reached agreement on the clauses and the sentence itself. When the dispute between the parties is whether to attribute it to abuse or assault offenses under the plea bargain. The prosecutor's office is seeking abuse on her behalf, and David's defense attorney wants her to be grateful for the assault.

In May, the Central District Attorney (Criminal) indicted David for abusing an 11-month toddler. The indictment revealed that the defendant, from the home of a low-income worker, abused the baby on several occasions, in which he slapped his face, shouted at him, slammed him on the couch and the carpet and clutched a towel in front of the baby while strangling him. In addition, the caregiver threatened to kill the baby. Her arrest was extended until the end of the proceedings.
