(CNN) - Three people were shot in an incident in Westerly, Rhode Island, Col. James Manni of the Rhode Island State Police told the Providence Journal. The shooting reportedly took place in the Babcock Village apartments, according to WPRI, a CNN affiliate.
Babcock Village is described as an affordable community for the elderly according to the website of the Cathedral Development Group and the Property Advisory Group.
