(CNN Spanish) - The Government of Bolivia, through its Foreign Minister, Karen Longaric, will consult the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees if former President Evo Morales can make policy from Argentina.
"That is an international legal consultation, which is the step that we must follow and we will expect the high commissioner to respond on the matter and then make the formal complaint to the Government of Argentina," Longaric explained.

At a press conference this week, Morales said he will "operate from Buenos Aires," where he constantly meets with political actors from the Movement to Socialism party who are preparing to participate in a new election.
The former president has also said that doing politics "is his right".
