MIRA: Evo Morales affirms that he is still legally president

Morales is required by Bolivian authorities to testify in the case that he is being investigated against him for the alleged commission of the crimes of terrorism and sedition.

The former president has denied his responsibility and said from Argentina, where he remains as an asylee, that he considers that the arrest warrant against him is unconstitutional.
