Iraqi politicians and analysts condemned the new American coercive economic measures against Syria, stressing that it is a futile attempt to influence the victories of the Syrian Arab Army and its resistance to the global war and its multiple tools.
In statements to SANA correspondent in Baghdad today, they affirmed that Syria, which had triumphed in the face of the military aggression, was able to defeat the economic aggression.
Abdel-Reda Al-Hamid, head of the Iraqi People's Committee for Syria’s Support and Resistance, said that the so-called “Caesar’s Law” comes after the victories of the Syrian Arab Army over terrorist organizations and their operators from Americans and Westerners and some Gulf regimes that the American administration has lost its reason and pushed to search for other means in an attempt to restore some Its shining face water.
Al-Hamid stressed that Syria, which with the steadfastness of its people and the prowess of its army and the wisdom of its leadership, was able to tear apart the most dangerous pages of the global war against it, which is the military page that will win the new economic battle and will fail and fail all its enemies and targets.
In turn, Khaled Hassan, the official spokesman for the Arab Nationalists Movement, the region of Iraq, affirmed that the nation’s enemies, Americans and Zionists, lost the war against Syria thanks to the “legendary” cohesion between the Syrian people and its army and leadership, pointing out that the so-called “Caesar’s Law” is a last attempt by terrorist supporters to save their terrorists from their fate Inevitable.
Iraqi political analyst Haitham Khazali also described the so-called "Caesar's Law" as a violation of international norms and conventions that prohibit the imposition of sanctions on any country and people that did not pose a threat to security and peace in the world.
Khazali said that the United States allows itself to prevent what it prevents from others in a crude attempt to impose its hegemony on the world at a time when this world began to realize the danger of American dual behavior on the security and peace of the international community.
For his part, Iraqi political analyst Abbas Al-Ardawi confirmed that the victory achieved by Syria by destroying successive terrorist and divisive plans made the White House flounder in crime roles, considering that the so-called "Caesar Law" is an attempt to achieve what Washington was unable to achieve with war, terrorism and booby traps.
Al-Ardawi clarified that betting on a Syrian siege is a loser, and America said a loser occupier is trying to establish his presence under these names in order to protect the Zionist entity and its criminal gangs, stressing that criminality is the attribute inherent to the United States and its president, who is only interested in serving the entity of the Israeli enemy.
