The First International Court was convened after World War II, when the Allies prosecuted some of the Nazi regime's leaders for the heinous crimes they committed throughout Europe, including the Holocaust.

More than 50 years have passed between the Nuremberg trials and the establishment of the International Criminal Court in The Hague - and not for that reason. The good intentions of this venture were overshadowed by the grave concern that it would become another international body that, instead of promoting a humanistic concept, would serve as a means of controlling the distorted interests of certain pressure groups.

This concern comes to our eyes: if and when the judges of this court decide, in the body of authority they preside over, to prosecute Israelis for allegedly "war crimes" in Judea, Samaria, East Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip - it will be a historical, moral and legal bankruptcy International.

For between the "war crimes" being investigated by Prosecutor General Pato Bensuda and a non-existent state request, "Palestine," Jewish settlement across the Green Line and Israel's self-defense is included in Operation Strong Cliff, in the face of attempts to invade Gaza's sovereign territory under the auspices of the "return demonstrations" ". That is, Jewish settlement in the territories of the Land of Israel, which is not even occupied territory under the true international law, is a "war crime". As well as preventing the invasion of "Palestinian refugees" into Israel's sovereign territory from a territory it voluntarily transferred to Palestinian rule.

This is not a case here, however, during a legal trial with any Israeli "war criminals", but rather in the use of the international legal system for a diplomatic move that is the elimination of the State of Israel. According to the definition of international anti-Semitism, this means pure anti-Semitism, as it is a denial of the Jewish people's right to self-determination and the application of double standards to Israel.

International Court of Appeal: War crimes committed in Judea, Samaria and Gaza

In essence, the spiderwebs that the "Palestinians" embroidered around the international legal system voluntarily embarked on to create their own international law that would criminalize Israel and align it with the Nazis. Thus, as far as they are concerned, they will be able to close the circle: Jews will no longer be seen as victims of history, and another precedent will be set in their war to deny the legitimacy of the existence of a Jewish state. It now remains to be seen whether the judges of the tribunal will fall into this trap, thereby contributing with their own hands to another appeal of the legitimacy of an international body, which is about to become another absurd circus such as the UNESCO, UNRWA and the UN Human Rights Council.

At the foundation, which is having a very difficult time investigating war crimes and crimes against humanity in the most obvious cases (such as Venezuela or Ukraine), the tribunal's judges asked the court to decide whether the tribunal's authority to engage in alleged "war crimes" in Judea, Samaria, East Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip. Israel - as well as the US and Russia - has long stated that it does not intend to ratify the Charter of the Hague Tribunal and therefore has no authority to hear its case unless it has committed crimes against the member state of the tribunal (out of all its neighbors, this section only applies to Jordan ), And if it is proven that the Israeli legal system is unable to properly prosecute people accused of committing crimes, which the Hague Court is authorized to hear.

The judges in The Hague are therefore asked to decide whether "Palestine" is a state at all, what the status of the "territories" is, and whether the Israeli judicial system is functioning properly or not. Making a decision on these matters is entering a minefield, which threatens the continued existence of the International Court of Justice.
